I ate there two weeks in a row in the evenings, as I was traveling for work and staying at a hotel nearby.
I was very happy; the welcome was excellent, the selection was vast, and the food was delicious every time. The prices were also reasonable and fit within my budget.

A true taste of Italy!
The dishes were prepared with care.
The view of the pizza ovens is fantastic for a restaurant of this kind.
A well-structured Italian menu that doesn't just offer a selection of pasta or gnocchi, unlike competing chains.
With Italian radio playing in the background, you really feel like you're there.

This is the second time we've eaten there (a group of 7 to 9). The quick wait slightly improves the rating, but the quality of the food isn't great, and above all, the welcome and service are quite deplorable. A waitress who sighs, doesn't want to talk, and prefers to point at things on the menu rather than answer us; her nonchalance makes us feel like we're intruding on the restaurant. It's a shame because we certainly won't be back.
I think that if you don't enjoy customer interaction, the best thing to do is change jobs!

Excellent experience, excellent food.
Special mention to the brunette waitress with a braid and glasses: very smiley, pleasant, and impeccably polite. She truly made the experience even more enjoyable.
Service like that makes all the difference! You feel welcome and it makes you want to come back without hesitation. 😊
