While passing through Nantes, I had a truly excellent pastry at Délicatessaine. It was perfectly balanced, just the right amount of sweet, and visually stunning too! It's wonderful to be able to enjoy this kind of treat when you have food intolerances! Thank you!

A pastry shop and tea room recommended by an excellent chocolatier from Nantes. Unfortunately, it's tucked away in the Machines de l'Île district (and cut off from the world due to bridge construction!), but this place strives for perfection in both its execution and the sourcing of its ingredients. It's sure to become a favorite spot for a break... unfortunately, it's far from the city center's shopping district. They offer a short lunch menu with tart, soup, and salad. The prices are quite high because it truly is Michelin-starred pastry! I recommend the Deli Notte, which is very original.

We tasted a truly delicious sesame and lemon cake from Menton. A place worth discovering.

We ordered a Number Cake for our gluten-free son's birthday (one chocolate and the other vanilla with seasonal fruit), and frankly, it was a real treat! Thank you for fulfilling our request; everyone loved it. It was delicious and beautiful. Thank you for your meticulous work, and the flavors were spot on. A big thank you to you, and especially for your kindness. It's a shame I can't seem to post the lovely photos of the Number Cakes, but I've published them on the website.
