Excellent Asian restaurant in the Saint-Lazare district. The menu is reasonably priced for the area, and the portions are quite generous. We've been customers for a few years now and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly.
It's right next to Saint Lazare train station, very convenient for catching trains. The pho was just okay, and the mint tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time; it was almost wilted.
The quintessential neighborhood "canteen." This restaurant has been around for at least 25 years, and I go back regularly. It's quick, hearty, and tasty. It's not gourmet cuisine, and the dishes are reheated. But it's good, and in return, you're served in 3 minutes flat, even during rush hour. Ideal between errands in the neighborhood or for a quick bite before catching your train.
