26/03/2024: An exceptional lunch menu, with more than reasonable value for money. All the products appear to be fresh, well made and, moreover, well presented. Something to delight your taste buds, even with the lunch menu which remains affordable for the majority.

25/03/2024: How can I say that everything could have been perfect but small details cost the five stars. It started with ordering a bottle of champagne but unfortunately not cold. Discomfited look from the waitress who wanted to reassure us by telling us that she had blanc de blanc for the same price, "you won't be disappointed. It's milder... ." I tried in vain to explain to him that a blanc de blanc champagne has little to do with a blanc de noirs... Then a festival of flavors perfectly assembled by the chef with for example superb morels or an incredibly well cooked chicken breast and served on a bed of splendid garnishes. One star less because a dish arrived cold, perhaps due to the room service, certainly all smiles and friendly but sometimes a little lost no doubt. We really liked what the kitchen offered us and we will come back to savor the chef's talents. Let's just hope the little details will be ironed out.
