Excellent experience and a very warm welcome! The appetizers (spring rolls, samosas, etc.) were delicious, accompanied by a very fresh salad. The meat in the main courses was perfectly cooked and tender, as were the vegetables, and the desserts were sweet and delicious. The sake at the end of the meal was offered with a lotus flower. A warm welcome and a pleasant atmosphere; I highly recommend it.

A warm welcome from the owner and the waitress, a clean and bright place. For the meal, it remains a sure bet: tasty, well-seasoned, reasonable portions, hot food, and service with just the right amount of time. The waitress is smiling and attentive to customers, and the manager is welcoming and very business-minded. We are delighted every time; this place remains a gem in Pau for food lovers.

Le Mas Des Aromes

25/12/2025: Is it still open?! On December 24th, it was listed as open until 6 PM on Google's special hours for that day, but in the end, the doors were closed. Not a word, nothing. Nobody there, even though we had driven across town to get there 😭 with my parents, who live 800km away and adore Pailhasson chocolates from Pau... I've been a customer since 2020, first in Tarbes and then in Pau, and I was so disappointed myself.
