The dumplings at this restaurant are absolutely delicious. I always make a point of eating them whenever I pass through Paris. Sometimes they even have shepherd's purse dumplings, which Shanghainese people think taste just right!

We particularly appreciated the cuisine, which blends French ingredients with Chinese influences, creating a subtle and successful fusion. 05/04/2026: Excellent traditional Chinese restaurant with a wide variety of specialties on the menu. The dumplings, spring rolls, and fried rice were excellent. The owner was very attentive.
