Once again, Azimuth demonstrates its superiority over other establishments in La Trinité in the triad of "ambiance/food/service."
Atmosphere: a consistently pleasant and tasteful setting.
Food: refined and inventive cuisine.
Service: perhaps the most distinguishing feature, in contrast to the two closest establishments (Le Trého and L'Arrosoir, whose waiters mistreat customers). Here, the service is discreet, attentive, and friendly.
Perhaps the secret lies in the family-run management of this restaurant? Go there immediately!

It's absolutely delicious! The cuisine is refined, delicate, and healthy too. A highly recommended address for all lovers of good food. I should also add that the wines by the glass are reasonably priced and very enjoyable.

A very good restaurant, the welcome was excellent, and the staff were truly wonderful.
As for the meal 🙏🙏🙏, a huge congratulations to the chef, everything was absolutely delicious!
The setting is also magnificent.

We dined at L’Azimuts restaurant for the Valentine’s Day menu and everything was perfect.
The dishes were refined, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a well-balanced menu from start to finish.
Special mention goes to the attentiveness shown to our guests: as I am allergic to grapefruit, the chef took the time to adapt the planned dessert, which we greatly appreciated.
Furthermore, as our initial table was located in the middle of the room and rather inconvenient, the staff was very accommodating and offered to move us as soon as a table became available.
A big thank you for their professionalism and kindness. We had a wonderful evening and will gladly return.

What a culinary revelation we experienced last night during our romantic dinner! Not a single misstep throughout the entire meal, and the crackling fireplace was pure bliss. Everything was perfect: the flavor, the cooking, the surprises, the creativity, and the presentation. The waitstaff was impeccable, discreet yet responsive whenever anything was needed.
