I'd been looking for a truly traditional pizzeria for ages. To begin with, from the owner to the waitress to the pizza chef, they're all Italian. The pizzas are excellent. Go there!

My favorite pizzeria. Personally, I always get the mortadella; it's excellent. It's not cheap, but it's still one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. As for the other dishes/desserts, I've never tried them, so I can't comment.

14/05/2026: The town of Pré-Saint-Gervais is definitely brimming with excellent establishments, and this is one of them. The quality of the food was superb, from the wine selection offered by the waiter to the chef's signature dessert; everything was top-notch. It's a truly small, intimate place, far removed from the Instagrammable crowd, with a very pleasant level of service.
