Pleasant terrace, quick service (though not very friendly!). The dim sum were good, but overall I found everything a bit bland and the dough too thick. The hargao were really hard and dry, but the pork bao were a pleasant surprise, generously filled with a melt-in-your-mouth filling. Price-wise, it's reasonable!
