It was fantastic to stumble upon a dinner in the heart of the Aude region. We ate incredibly well and the service was impeccable.

We were passing through and decided to try this restaurant. And it truly is a restaurant! The meals and hamburgers are generous, and the meat and fries are homemade, all at a reasonable price and with a great American atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It's light years ahead of a fast food joint!
