The food is good and in sufficient quantity. The setting is pleasant, but be careful to remember to book.
The service can be a bit slow due to increasing attendance, a sign of good quality of service.
Without being a “must see” in Carcassonne, it is certainly an excellent address, and we can only invite you to try it.

Good American style restaurant from the 50s.
The atmosphere and decoration are totally on theme, with American cinematographic references everywhere (posters and TV), photos of cars and very flashy colors. Unfortunately there was no music to accompany the meal.
The service is provided by nice ladies who have a smile, but still remains quite uneven. Orders are taken very quickly, while the service itself is quite long.
The dishes are good and are mostly USA size. Big highlight on the homemade fries. The prices are fair, especially for the desserts. But personally I haven't hung on to my Oreo cheesecake much.
But it’s still a good place to try.
