Very pleasant time spent at the spa

A cocoon of comfort and smiling service

Passing through for one night, a mixed experience for us. The strong points: - the setting: simply relaxing and exceptional - the room: top bedding, large bathtub and the terrace was a little extra - the restaurant: we had the bistronomic menu and what a surprise! The service and the choice of wine were simply perfect, my compliments to the chef! The weak points: - ant invasion in the morning in the room - the breakfast service.. we had 2 orange juices, a fried egg, a portion of scrambled egg, 2x bacon, a portion of white ham and two portions of fruit salad, (three tables of two in the restaurant so there was no rush), all the portions arrived one after the other which made the waitress run (unnecessarily) and when my companion had finished her eggs on the dishes, I could finally have my scrambled eggs. - €25 extra for a baby bed, we travel a lot and this is the first time we have seen this, apart from the fact that we had to take a double room due to lack of space to put the baby bed in a single room, we found this rather absurd. - the butler: during our evening meal we found him charming and involved but during our outing it was something completely different. We asked the waitress if we could put our bill on the room or if we had to pay straight away. To which she replies that we can put on the room, in good faith we therefore show her our key and the keyring bearing the room number, we go out and head towards the elevator and we see the butler running out of the restaurant, caught by the waitress, "they left without paying" she told her, the waitress, more discreet, told her that we were hotel guests and that the bill went to the room 15 and he went back to the room as if nothing had happened. Despite everything, I remain convinced that you are an excellent hotel and that its regrettable errors are the fault of bad luck, we may come back. Best wishes

Good but some things are missing to make it great. The value for money is overrated. Positive points Relatively comfortable bedding Large room Nice restaurant Very beautiful setting Negatives Unheated pool, impossible to put a toe in. Super dangerous bathtub even if it is super nice. Slow breakfast to end up eating what you would eat in a buffet. Table service in this case is of no interest. Ants in the room

Good meal with friends, sophisticated and delicious dishes, fairly quick service and very pleasant wait staff.

An extraordinary evening in a setting that invites relaxation. A diverse menu, fine and refined cuisine.

We had a great time at the hotel restaurant. Flora and Mohamed were very professional and very smiling. Everything was very good and the setting was very pleasant for a romantic dinner.

All that was missing was the sun! Always delighted with the services of this establishment.

Il est fort dommage que le service ne soit pas à la hauteur de la beauté du site et de sa restauration. Nous avons été obligé de réclamer le sel et poivre , un couteau à viande pour la totalité de la table, des cuillères pour le dessert, de l’eau , du pain, . Cela fait beaucoup pour un restaurant de cette catégorie . Le service a fini par disparaître a 15h ou nous avons été obligé de nous lever pour commander le café . Je vous conseille de remettre de l’ordre dans ce service qui a encore de la marge pour satisfaire les clients .

Nous connaissons le Disini et y sommes revenus avec plaisir. Un samedi midi, en terrasse, une vraie belle parenthèse . Les plats étaient délicieux avec des saveurs raffinées. Les desserts sont un plaisir tant au niveau visuel que gustatif. Un restaurant constant et de qualité.
