16/07/2024: Ordered for delivery, one pizza out of the 3 arrived with the toppings that were missing from the pizza and a dessert was not provided. I called to ask for the missing dessert, telling myself that the missed pizza was due to the delivery man so I'm not going to bother them about that even if vigilance on delivery would be in order... Response from a Fox pizza employee: I know I gave it to the delivery man, you have to check with him, we will not give you another one, the same if we give 3 pizzas and the delivery man does not give any one, we don't redo pizzas that haven't been given, it's the same for desserts. I paid but I don't have the product. And apparently it's my problem not theirs... and of course the Uber delivery person no longer responds. A shame ! Don't go through a service provider if you can't respect customers and avoid telling people that they have paid in advance for their order but if we don't give it to them, it's not the restaurant's problem. Finally, afterwards, the undelivered dessert was delivered. So I'm reviewing my rating, but slightly because I'm not satisfied with having to complain for 5 minutes to make it clear that it didn't work, especially for a non-homemade frozen dessert...
