Regular customer at dominos pizza koenigshoffen I placed an order at 1:15 p.m. to date it was delivered to me in 15 minutes how can I tell you that my pizza and the kickn chicken ended up in the trash! Usually everything is good but today I can understand that you close the doors at 1:30 p.m. I would have preferred a thousand times to have my order refused than to have a burnt pizza disaster spilled too garnished inedible large crumbs of tuna positioned incorrectly too much mozzarella too much inedible olive! The cold kickn’chicken which must have been prepared 1 hour ago. Frankly, I am literally disappointed 😞. You lost a client. I tried to call the establishment but no one answered...

Zero points I ordered a pizza it was taken from me 3 times, I called and no commercial gesture and no immediate refund 😡😡😡

Commandé le 28 sur l'application, bug au niveau de la commande. J'ai appelé deux fois le service : décrochage dans le vide et raccrochage au nez. Finalement, j'ai commandé via mon pc et résultat après un troisième appel : débité deux fois, vu avec un responsable, un remboursement n'a toujours pas eu lieu.
