Once no but once yes. The first time was very disappointing, despite friendly staff, the burgers did not match our order and part had been forgotten. The second time everything was ok, it was good and well done. I think the comments are too harsh but let's remain vigilant

Bad memories 15 years ago completely erased by this new visit, a clean place, perfectly made Quick and Toasts, fast service, quiet room.

So I hope that in the meantime they have improved, the last time I went there, it was more the organization that disappointed me, the kitchen was slow, nothing to say, but I thinks we need to increase the pace of preparation for customers

09/10/2024: He visitado muchos pueblos y ciudades de el Sur de Francia, y he de decir que son encantadores y preciosos, pero al mismo tiempo también he de decir que los toiletts de todos los bares y restaurantes centro ciudad dan pena. Que no tienen inspecciones de sanidad??? Pregunto.....porque un toilett para hombres y mujeres juntos y nada más. Nada que decir si tiene que ir un minusvalido porque los accesoss son nefastos. He disfutado mucho de las excursiones y estoy satisfecho de haber visitado esta zona de Francia, pero también he de decir sus contras.
23/07/2024: Lasagna are their specialties and the team is adorable, small terrace perfect for enjoying this magnificent sun, go there with your eyes closed! Most ? a pleasantly attractive price 😁

Le Salon de Thé du Citiz Hotel

01/09/2024: Very nice hotel, reasonable price, perfect location, right in the center
01/08/2024: The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Toulouse near the metro and Jean Jaurès car park. The room I had on the 4th floor was large, clean and modern. Large and functional bathroom with 2 small drawbacks: the shower door seals to be repaired and a shelf to place shower gel, shampoo... would be a plus. In terms of soundproofing, it is true that the rooms overlook the street but, I admit to sleeping with earplugs and I slept very well so I cannot comment. Lots of choice for sweet and savory breakfast. Very warm welcome from the staff. For my part, I will use this hotel again on my next visit to Tlse.
