I'd heard so much about this restaurant, being from Toulouse, and this was my first time eating there. Frankly, it was a revelation! The ingredients were fresh, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The setting is magnificent, and it's no wonder people say it's the best restaurant in Ariège.

Another fantastic evening at Don Camillo last night.
Choosing is always difficult, but every dish was more delicious than the last.
The staff were incredibly attentive and caring.
The owner was always smiling and super friendly, making the rounds of the tables. Well done to the whole team!

Great restaurant! Always a very warm welcome, the pizzas are excellent 😊 The only slight drawback: I find there's always a bit too much oil… otherwise everything else is perfect

My favorite pizzeria during my visit to Ariège. The Neapolitan dough is perfectly executed. The toppings are excellent and not overdone. The dough is very flavorful, clearly aged for several days. I recommend it for a great pizza. The only downside: it's a bit noisy. But the staff is friendly. A good time. Go there!

I've been there several times and I particularly love their pizza dough. However, for people who don't eat much salt, it might be a bit much for pizzas with a meat topping like prosciutto. The decor is very pleasant, though, and the staff is fantastic! Just be careful not to get too carried away by the fried gnocchi appetizers—they're absolutely delicious, but they're quite filling! 😅
