05/07/2024: L'abord extérieur du restaurant n'est pas très encourageant mais l'intérieur est bien plus accueillant. Service à la hauteur de la réputation pour une maison réputée. La déception vient des plats qui s'ils sont copieux et avec des produits de qualité présentent des associations étranges. Le fromage frais chèvre est servi ce jour là en entrées avec des asperges, radis, ... et le riz de veau est servi avec des asperges, des radis, ...OUF! Un riz de veau massacré! Dommage.

06/07/2024: Good meal but for such a high price, it's really disappointing, the dishes that are cooked do not deserve such a price, they are not elaborate enough and that really leaves us hungry.

06/07/2024: A joy, a treat! 3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts. It's beautiful, it's good, it's plentiful. We came as a couple out of curiosity and we will come back for gourmet pleasure. Nothing else to add except THANK YOU to the whole team.

09/06/2024: A restaurant to avoid. (No reviews on rooms) Having worked in their kitchens, I can affirm that basic hygiene rules are completely ignored. Photo: I saw fries being cut on a board full of blood on which a steak had just been cut... I saw herrings with a short shelf life served 7 days after opening the package. No worries according to the boss: a smoked fish, he claimed to be able to serve it for several more weeks without problem. Day 1, February 20: potato salad with herring Photo Day 4, February 24: herring samosas Photo Day 6: February 26: a fish gratin with herring! (Let us note in passing that the rest of the fish defrosted all morning at room temperature, and that for the Valentine's Day menu the dry fish had been left to defrost in a tray placed on the floor in the kitchen, I noticed this in passing the broom right next to it) In photo: an expired pâté that the owner asked me to serve, before the intervention of her husband who saw me take this photo and then threw the pâté away (funny local product, too, right?) before firing me for taking this photo. In short, run away if you don't want to be poisoned! No respect for the customer: we offer a starter, main course and dessert menu for €15, but you should definitely not overdo it in quality or quantity. Better 1€ more and a starter or main course menu anywhere else!

23/06/2024: Shared meal on Father's Day choice between Land and sea. The sea proposals selected were very original: seaweed and sesame cake, clams, mussels and salicornia. Magnificent presentation but difficult tasting for me due to the bitterness, too much salinity. No problem for the fish which was perfect with its saffron sesame sauce, its melting roasted eggplant excellent the wines. Perfect service and there was sunshine!!

30/06/2024: Bon accueil, on est bien servi, et la cuisine est bonne ! Entrecôte frites salade, brochette de canard frites, café liégeois. Belle terrasse ombragée au calme.

16/06/2024: A restaurant that we discovered this weekend, there were four of us and we didn't have a reservation but we were very well received. The welcome is perfect, the cook and the waitress are extremely friendly. The cuisine is excellent. If you pass through St Girons, don’t hesitate to stop at this restaurant.

16/06/2024: While waiting to get back to school, I went to drink coffee with colleagues. Great place, nice. Roadside terrace but with parking suitable for heavy goods vehicles. Perfect welcome, service and prices. Maybe I will have the opportunity to eat there one day, in any case it makes me want to.

13/07/2024: Local, seasonal cuisine, where fruits and vegetables from the vegetable garden are sublime with aromatic herbs. A real treat! The service is also good, smiling, knowledgeable waitresses and advice from a sommelier Joyful atmosphere, despite the location next to a road we quickly forget this detail, being immersed around trees, flowers and plants. Place where the policy is to take the time to enjoy tasting, highly appreciated to escape for lunch, let go without # your watch and live in the present moment. I recommend +++

15/07/2024: Pretentious restaurant. Expensive for what it offers. I have ordered the meat and I have asked for it at a “well done” point because I do not like raw or “rare” meat and he flatly refused. That at most they would make it “ready”. I said I wouldn't eat anything then and he agreed to cook it a little more. Another diner ordered the same dish and my portion was exaggeratedly small. For €24 I felt cheated. It came with a “chimichurri” sauce that was missing half of the ingredients of a good chimichurri. It tries to seem more than it is, and that is my main criticism. The garden is small and hot, there is no air and there is nothing to spend a hot day, I would not recommend it to anyone.
