Excellent Vietnamese food: a lovely discovery! For my first time, I went with a classic: spring rolls and Lôc Lac, and it was a success! My only comment (as in far too many restaurants) was that they only offered mint to accompany the spring rolls (which, of course, were pork, the only option). The beef in the Lôc Lac was cooked differently than I'm used to, but I'll take it! The quality was excellent. Efficient service. Simple atmosphere. Away from the main thoroughfares of the 13th arrondissement's Asian food scene, it's worth the short walk! 👍 Plus, they have a loyalty card.

Perfect for a stress-free and affordable Sunday lunch before heading to Kellermann Park for some quieter meditation – much calmer than Montsouris Park. A few more unusual specialties are available if you're feeling adventurous.

07/02/2026: Fantastic vegan and authentic restaurant. Perfect atmosphere and friendly service. The portions are generous, the menu is varied, and the dishes are truly delicious. A local restaurant worth supporting and recommending!
24/01/2026: The iced tea and bo bun were very good, however, everything fried was far too greasy (spring rolls in the bo bun, fried mushrooms, etc.) and the rice wasn't very flavorful. The service was quick and very pleasant.

01/05/2026: Soukhothai is a neighborhood institution; I can't even remember my first time there, it was so long ago: back in the 20th century. And while the menu was streamlined two years ago, all the dishes are still excellent, and with astonishing consistency: succulent spring rolls, exquisite grilled rice salad, deceptively simple garlic and leek chicken... The service is also truly delightful. Between the elegant owner and the attentive waiters, you'll never feel neglected. I wanted to have dinner there tonight, calling twice to check if they were open, without leaving a message. They called me back to tell me they were closed: incredibly kind. Thank you to the whole team! ;)
