Magnificent and atypical hotel. Room (418) equally amazing and very clean. Diligent and deferential staff with special mention for the breakfast lady. Excellent breakfast. A very nice address, very well located with public parking nearby.

Wonderful stay, as always in this magnificent hotel, with its atypical architecture.

Not disappointed with the suite under the nave, really atypical and pretty. The cleanliness and services offered are very good. Small downsides regarding car parking, it is a real shame not to have parking or valet service. And the breakfasts: after 9am you have the impression that the freshness of the products and the diversity diminish, even if it was very good. Thank you to the team who were very pleasant and caring.

Tired rooms, noisy and no Bar! Very disappointed with this hotel, maybe this group lack competition in Poitiers centre as there is little choice of hotels at a decent standard. Positives are interesting building and location.

Magnifique hôtel en plein centre ville

Très bel hôtel, situé dans un monument historique et en plein centre de Poitiers. Chambres aménagées avec goût. Belle table de restaurant et belle carte de vins. Parfait pour une halte professionnelle ou personnelle dans la région.

Un accueil toujours chaleureux peu importe l’heure d’arrivée. Du personnel ultra compétent et souriant. Avec de petites attentions lorsque l’on vient régulièrement. Un lieu sublime avec un restaurant délicieux. Tout est réuni pour passer un très bon séjour.

Bravo pour l'accueil et le professionnalisme de la réception ! Un grand merci et toutes nos félicitations à Charlotte qui s'est mise en quatre pour que notre séjour soit parfait malgré un malentendu pour la réservation et un chauffage défectueux au niveau de l'hôtel ! Nous avons obtenu une réduction sans avoir rien demandé, merci beaucoup! Par ailleurs, l'hôtel est très bien situé au centre ville et à 2 pas du garage public fu théâtre auditorium. Le restaurant des Archives, indépendant mais juxtaposé à la hôtel correspondait à l'excellent souvenir que nous en avions du point de vue du cadre et gustatif. Nous reviendrons si nous devons revenir à Poitiers, c'est sûr!

Une ancienne chapelle transformée en hôtel avec un charme fou et un haut niveau de service. Accueil chaleureux, chambre superbe et personnel au petit soin. Sans oublier le restaurant les archives a gaire absolument. Merci à toute l'équipe du Metcure Poitiers.
