We stayed overnight in the parking lot in front of the campsite. Very quiet and beautiful location by a lake.

Spent 2 months there. Very good temporary accommodation solution. Very nice setting, helpful staff. Nickel.

A nice facility, I was there in the off-season and didn't have to pay anything for my dog. The gentleman at the reception was very nice. I was able to choose my seat, especially since the computer had already been shut down when I arrived in the evening. So I only had to get my stand number the next day. communicate. The nighttime view of the town across the lake belies Cournon-d'Auvergne's lack of charm. A place dominated by new buildings, but what is attractive is the panoramic view from Puy de Bane, a hike that allows you to experience everything the place/area has to offer. Adjacent to the campsite is a lake that is mainly used by joggers and school classes for sporting activities. Swimming was not permitted (due to lack of supervision or poor water quality). The River Allier runs at the back of the campsite. There is no direct access to either body of water. There is another well-frequented restaurant on the square, the quality of which I cannot judge. There are frog legs to eat there! That scared me off... Beware of mosquitoes! A supermarket is about 20 minutes away on foot.

Große Plätze von denen man sich selbst einen aussuchen konnte. Das Sanitärhaus ist zwar renoviert, aber leider- trotz geringer Besucherzahl - nicht sauber.

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit les toilettes et douche sont assez spacieuse et propre les emplacements grand , le bar bien placé au bord du lac appréciable pour prendre un verre.

Camping très bien agencé, entre un plan d'eau où l'on peut se baigner et l'Allier où l'on peut y faire du vélo, petit bar-restaurant avec vue sur le plan d'eau. à recommander

I can't praise European camp sites enough - why can't England show such a fantastic example.
