We stayed at the Hotel and so we got a table at Duende… this is how you can stop the story but the experience was mind blowing even after being through ADMO pop up in Paris (snob snob snob).
The dishes were inventive, tasting and in the right amounts and the wine pairing was superb. So good awesome, wine awesome and then a so nice and welcoming crew that made ultra cuisine fun again.
Vegan menu for the wife - spectacular ! Playful with going through all variations of taste bud happiness.
And the total was way below what I expected.

Repas succulent et parfait que ce soit dans la préparation des mets et des boissons, des mises en bouches jusqu’aux mignardises en passant par le fromage. Le service était tout autant impeccable qu’irréprochable.
