E Ban sur Issy-Les-Moulineaux

I chose Menu I, which combines sushi, sashimi, and Korean grilled meat—a combination as original as it is rare. I had never seen a menu offer such a trio before. The quality of the salmon, both as sashimi and sushi, was simply exceptional: plump, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and remarkably fresh. Special mention goes to the meat marinade and the homemade hot sauce, which perfectly complemented the beef. Thank you again for this wonderful experience, and see you very soon!
