E Ban sur Issy-Les-Moulineaux

I chose Menu I, which combines sushi, sashimi, and Korean grilled meat—a combination as original as it is rare. I had never seen a menu offer such a trio before. The quality of the salmon, both as sashimi and sushi, was simply exceptional: plump, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and remarkably fresh. Special mention goes to the meat marinade and the homemade hot sauce, which perfectly complemented the beef. Thank you again for this wonderful experience, and see you very soon!

Weekday dinner for 3 people. The ingredients are good quality. I regret the small portions, especially the sushi. The service is fast and efficient. I don't recommend it to big eaters who will need two menus. I definitely recommend this place, which takes you on a journey.

Nice restaurant! I tried the bibimbap and it was a real treat: a light and delicious dish. The Korean beer Cass is a must-try, really great, light and refreshing. The service was very good, a place to recommend without hesitation if you are in Issy-les-Moulineaux!
