The salads were pretty good overall, despite a few recurring and annoying mistakes. The only downside was the service that day, which was really subpar.

I eat there every time I'm in Mérignac (very regularly) and the service is always perfect. The staff are very friendly, the ingredients are high quality, and the portions are very generous. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend it! Christophe!

Eat Salad is a great chain with strong potential. It's a shame that a smile isn't on the menu at this particular restaurant. Having already tried several Eat Salad locations, I'm very disappointed with this one.

Fast service, very friendly and polite staff. Great selection of ingredients. But that day the salmon was rather average in quality (stringy) and the shrimp had a strange taste.

23/02/2026: A lovely little restaurant, tucked away from the other establishments. The food is excellent: everything is fresh and beautifully presented. The staff is very friendly (which is becoming rare these days). The atmosphere is pleasant and the decor is tasteful. Everything is there for a wonderful time.
