Great welcome from a brunette with long hair, a splendid smile, surprising kindness, it's rare today to come across people like that, the hotel is clean and warm, everything is perfect, a more than pleasant stay!

Well located hotel, quite comfortable and quiet bed (silence appreciated at night, garden side in any case). On the other hand: clogged sink (two reminders were necessary to the staff before it was resolved), defective bathroom door handle, clogged or ineffective VMC, in the morning hallway cluttered with cleaning equipment to the point of having to clean it step over to reach the room, hear a waitress at your table, tell you to go to the bar yourself to order a drink, in this case a Monaco without lemonade and still billed at checkout despite the assurance that you had given us that it would not be. Finally, for breakfast, dry pastries, visibly several days old or poorly defrosted. Not to mention the fact that the staff starts clearing the buffet at 9:45 a.m. even though it is open until 10 a.m. and there are still customers at breakfast. In summary, the notion of customer service frankly disappointed us.

Great hotel. Beautiful location on a lake. Top restaurant with delicious dishes and very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and extensive.

We spent a lovely evening there with very tasty food. Highly recommended

Well situated with a beautiful view over the lake. Unfortunately rooms and furniture are outworn. Beds quite good though. WiFi is ridiculously bad all over the hotel. Asked for a table for two to have dinner in order to avoid going back to Pont l’Eveque by car but although they had lots of empty tables our request was denied as we didn’t reserve in advance. The hotel restaurant is the only one on the lakeside and there are no other options nearby.

Visiting on a Sunday evening, we were well received, and thank the chef for the excellent cuisine and top-notch preparation.

Great for sharing one after a tour of the lake in the rain! Super welcoming staff, even for young children!
