Edouard Set took care of all the cocktail, cocktail dinner and dance evening for our wedding at the Ferme de Lauvergnac in La Turballe. From the initial contact, to the tasting, to the big day, the experience was exceptional and the service high-end. The team takes great care and produces high quality products. The advice, professionalism and support of chef Hervé and Ophélie during almost a year of preparation were remarkable. Our guests unanimously praised the quality of the workshops, the cuisine and the service on the big day. A huge thank you to the entire team.

We asked Edouard Set for our wedding which took place on September 7 at La Turballe. Good communication, very good organization. excellent service, pleasant and smiling team of cooks and waiters. excellent quality of products served (cocktail: the 3 workshops were very popular: plancha, cut ham and brazier!) a nod to Yves Maître d'hôtel who was able to adapt to our requests and needs, ensuring that the guests and/or bride and groom lack nothing! table service during dinner, impeccable. a return, perfect with a Breton buffet which seduced the guests! delivery of a certain budget but which lives up to our expectations or even more! we recommend ++, don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed!☺

We chose Édouard Set for the organization of our wedding. Flawless support thanks to Ophélie who is super responsive and follows the project to the letter, as well as to chef Hervé Thomazo who was able to understand from our first call the spirit we wanted to give to our wedding dinner. The cocktail was sumptuous thanks to the workshops that we had chosen together (oysters, Iberian ham, the brazier which had its effect!) The dinner also made an impression on our guests since we chose to have a meal around sharing with casseroles served in the center of the table. The mash got a lot of attention as did the fish, excellently cooked! 🐟 Many thanks for listening and for being able to translate our ideas onto the plate. Thanks also to Jérémie, our butler for D-Day!

Edouard Set catered our wonderful August wedding weekend under the Breton sun  . The food was truly amazing and it was served to perfection. All our guests were so impressed and have said that it is the best wedding food they have ever had - we knew it would be! All of the food was sublime, but the highlights for us were the following - first up the cake was absolutely spectacular! We weren't expecting a cake of that size and were shocked and amazed - it was wonderful and a real crowd pleaser! The champagne waterfall was also absolutely amazing - so much fun and perfectly placed. The galettes for brunch on Sunday were also wonderful, I am so pleased our guests got to taste the true Bretagne! All the staff over the entire weekend were incredible and we really wanted to say a special thanks to Ophelie for organising everything - we had a slightly unusual timeline for the food , drinks and cake yet it was all timed perfectly and all the special request that we wanted were included. The dairy free food for the bride was amazing!  We also wanted to give a special thanks to Yves who was the best Maitre D'hotel!  He was always there when we needed him, bringing us canapes, champagne for the waterfall and just being absolutely brilliant! We were so impressed, as were our guests. Thank you for making such a special weekend for us. We really appreciate it. We are beyond satisfied and we can't recommend them enough!
