El Chicho sur Bordeaux

04/04/2024: We were having dinner. We ordered the chopped fried chicken which was really good, grilled shrimp, and the asado chaufa. The shrimp were dispensable, but both the fried and roasted chicken were very tasty and very delicious. The roast is also a very large portion, with different types of meat, white rice, cassava and fried banana. They also accompany a steak sauce and beans. Highly recommended and perfect for sharing. They also make cocktails, and have wines from different parts of the world at controlled prices. We were very comfortable, I would repeat without a doubt. Very good considering quality price.

02/04/2024: This cute colorful restaurant is our favorite in Bordeaux. All our meals have been tasty, but Carioca was the most delicious and memorable. The shrimp was superb, but it is served with the shells and heads on. That's not a problem for us, if it is for you, try something else. The steak was delicious too. Tender and cooked perfectly. Nice rice or potatoes and salad are served on the side. The flan is To Die For. We love flan, and this may be the best ever. We planned to go back to Carioca it was that fabulous, but it didn't work out. Highly recommend.
