El Karim sur Courbevoie

Excellent experience at Elkarim restaurant! We just had lunch there and everything was absolutely delicious. The appetizers were succulent: the tuna brick and the briouat were perfectly prepared, crispy, and bursting with flavor. The lamb and chicken tagines were also excellent: tender meat, perfectly balanced spices, impeccable cooking… you can taste the quality and Moroccan expertise in every dish. And to finish, the mint tea was the perfect touch to end this wonderful meal. A fantastic find in La Défense, I highly recommend it!

I ordered the El Karim couscous, and it was okay, nothing special. I've had better elsewhere. The service and atmosphere are the strong points of this iconic La Défense location.

Excellent cuisine, generous and flavorful. There were six of us, and everyone enjoyed their tagine or couscous. Truly very good, undoubtedly the best value for money in La Défense. One minor drawback, however, which prevented me from giving it five stars: the restaurant could use a fresh coat of paint and new furniture. It's remained unchanged for decades, and the dated, blackened banquettes are a testament to that. A shame.
