We were disappointed with our experience at lunchtime. When the bill arrived, our 25% loyalty discount couldn't be applied. The waitress then quickly offered us two promotional pens, which we accepted without realizing they would be charged. The result: an extra €5 to €6 on the bill. We found this very poor customer service and left feeling ripped off. What a shame…

Restaurant renovated. Friendly staff. The menu has been changed and is less advantageous for the customer.
