18/08/2026: We had booked a table in advance for six people, but unfortunately, our experience fell short of our expectations. Upon arrival, our table wasn't ready. We had to wait standing next to it while it was finally prepared. We then ordered three duck breasts and two beef fillets. The meats arrived together on the same platter, with no indication of which meat was which. When we asked the waitress to tell us which cut corresponded to which order, her reaction and attitude clearly gave us the impression that we were bothering her. Furthermore, the requested cooking times were not respected. The meat was sent back to the kitchen, only to reappear on two different platters… but with the same cuts of meat, which meant we couldn't determine if the cooking had actually been corrected. As for the unlimited fries, we had to ask several times to get more. There were six of us, and the first salad bowl was already far from full, while the second was even smaller. The service was also very disappointing. We tried to get the waitresses' attention several times, sometimes three or four times, especially to ask for water, but we felt they were more preoccupied with chatting and joking with a table behind us. We had to insist several times to be served. It's a real shame, because we came to have a nice time as a family and expected much more professional service. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, both in terms of the service and the organization and quality of customer care.

18/08/2026: First time here, pleasant welcome, but unfortunately, Charmelcia sauce is in almost every dish, and since I'm allergic to garlic, I couldn't order any burgers because they don't remove the sauce. So this will be my last time here; quite disappointed.

23/08/2026: Excellent welcome, quick and efficient service. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend the experience. The prices are very affordable and the food is high quality. I have no complaints and will gladly return.

01/09/2026: Okay, we came from the cinema on Monday evening. And the fries tasted weird. As a result, my son vomited all night. Avoid this place.

31/08/2026: Hello, We eat here from time to time. Today I was very disappointed. The steak was overcooked, the fries weren't salted, and the milkshake was disgusting (the ice cream wasn't mixed with the M&Ms at the bottom of the cup). My vegan burger was practically cold. The waiter was nonchalant, replacing chairs without cleaning the tables, his eyes glued to his phone. The quality has dropped considerably compared to when it used to be... It seems like there's no manager; the staff are left to fend for themselves.

17/05/2026: I was shocked by the waiter's behavior. He asked my friend and her 10-year-old son to leave simply because the child and his mother didn't want to drink, even though I and another friend had ordered. What was most shocking was his attitude and words. You clearly don't understand business; on the contrary, business begins with respect, hospitality, and a human touch—values ​​that seemed completely ignored. Having worked in the restaurant industry, I can tell you there were many empty tables and no influx of customers that Saturday around 1 or 2 pm, so there was absolutely no reason why other people couldn't be served. It was pure, gratuitous nastiness. I do not recommend this place.
