Empanadas Argentinas sur Toulouse

I loved it!!! The empanadas were delicious, and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is vintage, the staff are friendly, but expect a bit of a wait!

I had a fantastic time at Caminito. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming! First, thanks to the waiter and cook with their spontaneous and pleasant manner. But also thanks to the dining room itself, with its relaxed decor and excellent music selection. I felt completely immersed in the moment throughout my meal, which is invaluable for someone like me who's always on the go. The empanadas are not only delicious, but as someone with a hearty appetite, I really appreciated being able to enjoy them while feeling satisfied without ordering a huge amount or feeling like I'd broken the bank. I highly recommend it!

Spectacular! This place is for takeout. The owner gave us great service, showed us the size of the empanadas (they're quite large), told us they even make the dough from scratch, and gave us recommendations. We ordered the humita and the criolla. Both were delicious! The criolla was a little spicy (amazing!) and I think the humita was a variation because it doesn't usually have paprika, but it was delicious!

Two adults and two teenagers went and we loved it 😍. The empanadas are delicious and very generously filled; you can tell they're homemade. The alfajor dessert with chocolate and dulce de leche was spectacular, absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

A great place for authentic, handmade Argentinian empanadas. Pablo is a delightful person, very attentive and friendly. A wide variety of empanadas. The price is reasonable: 25 euros for four empanadas and two glasses of wine. Best of all, you can have dinner late (which is difficult in France).

Of course, the highlight was the food. I tried a variety of empanadas—chicken, beef, and vegetarian—and each one had its own distinct flavor and identity. The beef empanada was rich and savory, perfectly seasoned with that classic, comforting depth. The chicken was tender and well-balanced, not too heavy but still packed with flavor. The vegetarian option was just as impressive—fresh, flavorful, and far from an afterthought. Everything was wrapped in perfectly baked dough—golden, slightly crisp on the outside, and soft inside. You could really taste the quality and care in every bite. I also had a salad on the side, which added a nice fresh contrast to the richness of the empanadas—simple but well put together. Paired with a good glass of wine, it made the whole meal feel complete and nicely elevated. And then came dessert… the perfect ending. Sweet, indulgent, and satisfying without being overwhelming—just the right note to close such a comforting meal. What made the experience even better was how everything came together so naturally: the food, the wine, the atmosphere, and the warm, inviting energy of the place. It’s the kind of restaurant where you don’t just eat—you enjoy, you relax, and you stay a little longer than planned. One of my favorite restaurants since childhood. The empanadas are excellent, the service is lovely, and the decor is very cool. A visit to Ombres Blanches followed by a meal at Caminito: one of life's greatest pleasures!
