Perched atop this slightly hilltop village, the place is charming, as are the warm welcome and attentive service provided by the owner.
A simple set menu (see photos) with three choices.
I opted for the marinated mackerel with its vibrant, crisp salad.
Then the duck breast served with delicious fresh fries and flavorful ratatouille.
Accompanied by a small carafe of good Côtes du Rhône wine.
All enjoyed on a pleasantly breezy terrace...

A wonderful discovery at La Petite Maison!
While riding through the Monts du Lyonnais with a colleague on a motorcycle trip, we stopped at this restaurant and had a fantastic time.
The welcome was particularly warm, the atmosphere friendly and authentic. The ingredients were very fresh, the dishes beautifully presented, and above all, delicious. We truly enjoyed our meal from start to finish.
The value for money is remarkable, which is becoming increasingly rare. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone passing through the area.
Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience; we will gladly return on our next motorcycle trip!

A very warm welcome, with a smile. Top-notch service. Both the starter and the main course were delicious, with generous portions. Plus, the dishes were beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal :)
3 Gs (Kindness, Generosity, Taste): to sum up our evening at Les Pierres Roses, a stop on our cycling route in the Monts du Lyonnais.
Beetroot and carrot fritters or duck terrine, duckling with mashed potatoes in a croquette, crème caramel—everything was excellent and served in generous portions.
A lovely restaurant complemented by a recently renovated hotel, very comfortable and perfectly appointed.
A stop we will certainly remember 😊.
