EXCEPTIONAL The food, the service, the setting. Everything is perfect. A welcome escape. Even if the expression is a bit overused these days: "Thank you for this moment." We will definitely be back. UPDATE 22/05/2026 Still as exceptional as ever… this time on the terrace for the business lunch menu. For €69, it's incredibly generous, very well cooked, and the service is impeccable. A fantastic place!!!

A second visit to this haven of peace, a unique and high-quality stay for an enchanting interlude. Pleasant, attentive, and discreet service. Finally, a gourmet restaurant that will delight even the most discerning palates (with a vegetable garden and herb garden on the premises).

We spent a night and an evening at the restaurant and everything was perfect. The welcome was warm. The service impeccable. The food was superb. It's definitely worth the trip. 100% recommended.

We chose the Inspiration menu with wine pairings, and the experience was remarkable from beginning to end. Each dish showcased seasonal produce, enhanced by perfectly balanced pairings and exquisitely precise cuisine. We were fortunate enough to dine outdoors in an absolutely stunning setting. The service was distinguished by its constant attentiveness, without ever being intrusive. The wine pairings, of great finesse, were perfectly explained by the sommelier, adding a truly enriching dimension to the experience. A huge thank you to the entire team!

A splendid table, a charming room… and a welcome that seems to have missed the mark when it comes to common sense. We arrive, disabled parking permit clearly displayed, dinner and overnight reservation, parked in front of the entrance in the designated space. And yet, we are advised to park further away “just in case.” Just in case… what exactly? That an imaginary customer, more disabled than us, might magically appear for dinner without staying overnight, but deserve the space more than the guests who remain. A logic that would almost be amusing if it weren't so… creative. Fortunately, the cuisine is remarkable, the room impeccable, and the setting superb. But between a Michelin star and a star of common sense, there is clearly a small gap… in the parking lot.

We had a fantastic stay. The service was genuinely exceptional and very accommodating throughout. We dined two nights in a row and the tasting menu was outstanding both times, with thoughtful variations so nothing felt repeated. The loup de Méditerranée and the dessert Autour de l’exotique were highlights and the wine recommendations were spot on. Breakfast was excellent as well, even out of season.

A truly wonderful culinary experience. Impeccable, friendly, and pleasant service. A lovely wine list. In short, you'll have a delightful meal and a great time.
