I was there yesterday and a coffee and chocolate snail cost €5, and well, sorry, it's good but it's expensive and not everyone works in Switzerland.

This bakery is mediocre, both in terms of the quality of its products (butter croissants, Icelandic bread) and its prices. The pricing practices are appalling. Your proximity to the Swiss border shouldn't make you forget that you operate in France. You certainly have a clientele of cross-border workers and Swiss residents. But French residents, who don't employ people on the other side of the border, shouldn't be taken for fools. This bakery is the one that leaves me with the worst impression on the main avenue in St. Louis.

The service is very friendly. The chocolate éclairs are excellent, the best in my opinion. Unfortunately, they're often already sold out when I come or send someone to pick them up. Coming very early in the morning isn't always possible. It would be nice to have more available.

26/03/2026: Very professional and courteous people. ⚠️WARNING: DO NOT CONFUSE THIS RESTAURANT WITH THE ONE IN MULHOUSE THAT HAS A SIMILAR NAME... I made a mistake; Google showed the restaurant in St. Louis, even though I'm in Mulhouse. I called to order two sandwiches. When I realized there was an error, I called them immediately. They were understanding and very courteous. I've never been to this restaurant before, but I experienced a level of professionalism and courtesy that I find in very few establishments. For that alone, I'll come eat at your place, and I'll refund you for the two Koftes. 👍👍👍 Thank you again, and sorry for the mistake. 🙏

07/02/2026: Apart from one older female employee, the staff are very unfriendly. Paying customers are snapped at if they don't order in French. They are disrespectful and absolutely not customer-oriented.
06/12/2025: Very warm welcome, good service, dynamic team and always with a smile.
