A fantastic specialty coffee spot! The coffee is truly specialty quality, the pastries are fresh and delicious, and they even have some great treats for cyclists. The staff is welcoming and friendly, creating a great atmosphere. Definitely one of those places you’ll want to come back to. Highly recommended!

Passing through Aix-les-Bains, we walked past your shop. Being coffee lovers, we thought, "Etioca roaster"... it's worth a try... We weren't disappointed! The lattes and hot chocolate (made with Criollo coffee 👌) we ordered were delicious. I personally ordered an avocado toast: it was excellent! 👌😋😋😋😋 I've rarely seen such a well-made avocado toast!!!! We'll be back!!!!

The long coffees were bitter and overpriced at 8 euros. The service was quick and friendly, and the place is very nice.

The best brunch and coffee I've had in ages!!! The atmosphere, the service, their coffee expertise, a simple yet delicious menu, and above all, their philosophy on the sustainability of the products they sell (coffee and chocolate!) make Etioca a must-visit. We were spending the weekend in Aix-les-Bains and came twice. The only downside is that we don't live nearby to enjoy their coffee more often. But we'll definitely be back, just for them 😊
