I have known this restaurant for years, but there is a slackening of the cuisine unfortunately.
Be careful with the dishes, they empty quickly and they can't be replaced quickly either.
Dishes that lose their flavor: spring rolls, too rubbery, rice paper too thick when closed vertically.
The coleslaw, be careful, it's really cut too big and long, so it's hard to chew.
The salad with green algae, too soaked, it bathes too much in its juice, we know that it is frozen because we buy it, we have to remove a little of this liquid, and add a sauce for taste.
The potatoes that I always take are getting bigger and bigger, it's not pleasant. I know there are people, that we have to go quickly, but if the quality isn't there, it's no good.
There are more black mushrooms.
Finally, the frog legs, they are misshapen and the taste is no longer there.
This is not to punish this restaurant which I really like, but there is a lot of relaxation both for the dishes and for the staff who no longer have a smile, I think they are not always the same.
As for the atmosphere, it became too noisy on all sides, too crowded at the tables. The atmosphere yes, but a station hall... It's not what we experienced a few years ago. I ate in two Asian restaurants last week in the southwest, of which I also posted reviews, and in comparison They are much more attractive and the staff takes care of everything with a smile despite the crowd, more dishes, there are more choices for the same price.
Raising prices is normal, but quality must also be there.
The manager, on the other hand, always has a smile and is overwhelmed at times at the cash register, where employees have difficulty making their way through the kitchen. She is very kind. But there is a significant relaxation. This is an observed point of view.
