A total immersion in Anatolian flavors! A wonderful discovery in the neighborhood! If you're looking for authentic, generous, and fresh cuisine, you can go there without hesitation. The Mezze: A true feast for the taste buds. Special mention goes to the variety of purées (the hummus and the pumpkin/carrot purée are incredibly smooth), the melt-in-your-mouth stuffed grape leaves, the crispy borek, and the zucchini fritters. Accompanied by warm bread and a glass of traditional Raki, it's the perfect shared appetizer. The Main Course: The marinated chicken skewers are absolutely tender, perfectly grilled, and flavorful. The plate is incredibly complete, served with melt-in-your-mouth candied vegetables and a crisp salad sprinkled with feta. It's hearty and divinely seasoned. The Dessert: To finish on a high note, the Super Baklava is a must. Crispy, perfectly honeyed, sprinkled with pistachios, and served with a smooth yogurt cream that provides the perfect freshness to balance everything. The added bonus: A clear menu, very reasonable prices for the quality of the products, and a selection of local wines (like Yakut or Pamukkale) that extends the culinary journey. The atmosphere is friendly, and the service is warm and attentive. This is definitely going to become one of my go-to spots! I recommend it 100%.
