Because behind the aesthetics lies substance: honest, genuine flavors that immediately evoke the most authentic Greek cuisine. A true journey for the eyes and the palate. What also strikes you is the rare balance between generosity and sophistication. You are well served, well fed—and yet everything is restrained, elegant, and perfectly executed. A combination that requires expertise, and one that is fully achieved here. A special mention goes to their time management. Arriving in a hurry, with an urgent meeting, the staff immediately understood and accommodated me—without me having to ask. The result: a delicious meal, impeccable service, and perfect punctuality. Knowing how to adapt to the customer's pace without sacrificing quality is a rare and valuable mark of professionalism. The welcome is just like the food: warm, genuine, and served at the perfect temperature. You feel expected, not just waited on. As for the prices, they are fully justified given the quality of the ingredients and the care taken with each dish. You're not paying for decor or a reputation—you're paying for real, well-prepared cuisine. A sunny spot, highly recommended.

Excellent, I've rarely eaten such tender octopus

While in Paris, we made a reservation at Evi Evane for dinner on a whim, just going by online reviews. I’m so glad we did - it was incredible! First, the service is top tier. Brahim and Romane took care of us for the evening and were so friendly, accommodating and hospitable. Thank you for your wonderful service! Second, the food was outstanding. The Flogeres Shrimp & Anthotyro as a starter was incredible and do not sleep on the moussaka - so, so good! Honestly, everything was wonderful. Don’t miss this hidden gem while in Paris!
