A very warm welcome from Ben and Inès, who were absolutely lovely and very welcoming to me and my family. The prices are reasonable and the place is impeccably clean. The products are fresh and delicious. The display case is very well organized and clean. Nothing but positive things to say. Thank you for the warm welcome.

Excellent experience at EXKI in Orly 4 (Gate F24). The products are fresh and the pre-flight break is very pleasant. A big thank you to Elisabeth for her warm welcome, efficiency, and smile. It really puts you in a good mood before departure!

07/09/2026: It's a shame, there's always an endless wait and something is always missing.
03/09/2026: A full menu was missing (something I noticed when I arrived at work). I went back to tell them, and it took them 15 minutes to decide to remake the menu for me. No compensation was offered, not even a free French fry, as I had requested, so I could have eaten a hot meal. The woman in the kitchen was very pleasant, but the one preparing the orders was much less so.

17/09/2026: The surroundings and views from this Starbucks are pleasant. The prices are a bit higher, of course. The unfortunate thing, especially in an airport, is the reception. Not a single smile and barely a thank you, which is a real shame considering the international clientele.
