Fabrick sur Gannat

Passing through Gannat, and based on the existing reviews, we discovered this restaurant: we had a wonderful meal! A must-visit if you're in the area! Very pleasant setting, charming and professional staff, and above all, superb cuisine! If you can afford it, don't hesitate!

On the recommendation of Ludovic Vesseaux, who was hosting a wonderful opening in Gannat, my wife and I had the pleasure of discovering this marvelous place! Location, parking in the courtyard, overall decor, menu, excellent value for money, impeccable and very friendly service: in short, "marvelous" is not an exaggeration for this bistronomic restaurant, which we will return to as soon as possible. And which I obviously recommend!

A fantastic restaurant that doesn't look like much from the street, but it's definitely worth a visit. The welcome is perfect, the terrace is lovely and well-appointed, and the food is deliciously prepared. Don't miss the sardines as a starter—they're a real treat! As an added bonus, you can park your car safely in the courtyard. If you're in the area, don't miss this restaurant.

I give it 5 stars, second visit and it was worth coming back. Perfect, nothing to say, and affordable.

On the evening of August 13th, we had a wonderful meal!! The dishes were original and full of flavor… the only downside was the slightly slow service as there were only two of us and it was 33°C until 10 pm, but that wasn't the restaurant owner's fault!!
