28/06/2024: We have lived in Vichy for 30 years and first time in this restaurant. Very nice discovery, mastered cuisine, choice and very pleasant service. We will come back.

25/06/2024: An unmissable address, a remarkable restaurant! Heartwarming welcome. A very nice, varied menu, an extensive wine list. Dishes... pike quenelle, shrimp with verbena, profiterole from the Chartreux brothers. A real joy, from start to finish.

11/06/2024: J'ai été surprise de la pas régler le même prix pour le meme apéritif que mon amie (a la même table ). La raison donnée par le restaurant est : votre amie étant une habituée nous lui comptons au prix du kir (4€) et au prix du cocktail pour vous (6€). Une telle attitude ne m'incite pas a devenir une habituée.

29/05/2024: Avec un groupe de 40 personnes, nous avons diné 2 soirs de suite dans ce restaurant et les 2 fois c'était parfait. Tout était bien; la salle très chaleureuse, le service parfait fait par des gens très agréables, et la cuisine excellente. Bravo à toute l'équipe. Si vous êtes sur Moulins, n'hésitez pas à rentrer dans ce restaurant, vous ne serez pas déçu !

16/06/2024: Beau cadre le service est correct Par contre les assiettes ne sont pas assez copieuses Pour un plat a la carte sole vendue pour environ 500g et dans votre assiette vs avez 3 filets d environ 60g et une garniture minimaliste. Ça ne fait pas rêver Dessert 9 euros. 2 mini profiteroles L addition est trop chère c est limite du raquet

02/07/2024: En couple, Pour nos 49 ans de mariage. Tout était parfait. Le foie gras était succulent. Le bar excellent avec les petits légumes bien confits. Le nougat glacé maison "une tuerie comme dirait les jeunes.

29/06/2024: Our walk to this restaurant was through a lovely park. It was a hot evening & the coolness of this Sylvan setting was very welcoming. A small waterfall added a nice atmospheric sound, as diners chatted. The Service: On arrival, we were greeted warmly by Celine, who had the most endearing smile, which lasted all night, despite her having a very busy service. She was on her own serving all drinks and food. She was extremely professional, informative and interactive. It was a pleasure seeing her attend so thoughfully, to each table and be so friendly at all times. The Food: All portions were very generous, in particular, the Starter. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients in every bite. This Chef is very competent and he executed every dish extremely well. They say, you first eat with your eyes and these dishes looked as good as they tasted. Menu: Was on a board @ €27 for 3 courses. Fantastic value for such high quality. We were visiting from Ireland and will definitely return!

25/07/2024: Guillaume's bistro or Guillaume's gastro! Delicate, careful service. Plates as beautiful as they are delicious. Color and accuracy in taste. The daily menu is very affordable! The terrace is very pleasant, the restaurant is located in the heart of the city. Thank you for the good time spent.

14/07/2024: Birthday dinner for 11 people, and everything was perfect, from the calls to agree on the menu until the end of the evening. The dishes are careful and tasty, the service is as professional as it is friendly. Go there with your eyes closed!

05/07/2024: Nothing to say about this pizzeria which stands out from many for its high quality. The dough is really good, you can tell the chef if you want it to be slightly undercooked or on the contrary well cooked. The ingredients are quality (magnificent burrata), and you can choose between two sizes and prices (26 and 29cm). Excellent address, which is such a change from the sinister pizzerias and their pizzas covered in filthy gruyere. Very very reasonable prices. Well done!

05/03/2024: We had already made a stop and we really liked it... unfortunately we didn't remember the name of this good restaurant 😓 fortunately chance brought us back to this address... hummm we enjoyed ourselves again and we are leaving without hunger!! and for a very reasonable addition Can't wait for the next one (this time we note the address😉😂)

I really loved this soft foie gras with red wine which is a change, I will really remember it The dishes are perfectly mastered as well as the cooking Bravo to the chef we will come back as soon as we are passing through. At mills. Very good poultry juice with honey a very nice wine list. The desserts are good, the pavlova is a treat. the Mont Blanc, a shame that fell on the plate. A waitress who is a bit stressful can be a shame But smiling. See you soon this summer
