Family Pizza sur Reims

01/19/2024. Scheduled online on demand for 9:15 p.m. Pizza supposedly ready at 9:28 p.m. when I called to confirm my order (already 13 minutes late but still going). Except that it must have been made just before or after my call. She arrived at my home at 10:19 p.m. It is unacceptable !!! She is cold. It's not just late, it was prepared prematurely and delivered way too late... Late, but still hot. This is unacceptable. I think the delivery man has nothing to do with it but there is a big management problem on site. This is a promotion and fortunately, because otherwise I would not have accepted it!!

I ordered via Uber Eats. My order arrived 30 minutes after the maximum time, we called more than 5 minutes of waiting and no answer. I placed an order for €75 and didn't even get a free drink. Luckily the pizzas are good.
