I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for years, and I have never been disappointed, until today. As you can see in the photos, the fries were an absolutely indescribable color, gray as if they were rotten, and had a very strange taste, as if they had been frozen and refrozen several times. It's worth noting that the fries weren't always like this; they used to be much more tender and flavorful. The situation has become unacceptable, and it's time to change suppliers. When I contacted customer service, no compensation or attention was given to my complaint regarding three items in my order. I was simply apologized over the phone before the call was abruptly cut off. I am extremely disappointed by this lack of customer service. Thank you for your prompt and very satisfactory response.
