Walter's pizzas are the best I have ever had. The dough is excellent for those who love real artisanal bread dough, handmade, and fresh every day, cooked with olive oil for more delicious crunch.
Be careful not to have round pizzas but a nice triangle slice.
Genuine Italian products to delight your taste buds.
I highly recommend!!!
Over the years, it has become our essential holiday destination in Capbreton.

L’accueil est toujours sympathique et les produits de grande qualité. La pâte est exceptionnelle et vraiment italienne. Rien à voir avec les pizzas traditionnelles ou la quantité est recherchée. Ici tout l’inverse la qualité est au rendez-vous. La part est copieuse et suffit à rassasier un bon mangeur!

The secret for big gourmands (like me!) is to take 3 portions for 2 people... and share them with your lover!!!
The homemade “lasagna verde” is also a treat.

It's the only "al trancio" pizzeria I know in France, and how lucky I am to be able to enjoy them when I go to Capbreton, because they are delicious. Absolutely worth discovering 🧡
FYI, and contrary to some opinions, pizza "by the slice" is not a scam, but a type of pizza (like Neapolitan pizza or "al taglio" pizza) that we find in particular in Milan to my knowledge 🙂

I'm a southern Italian who often comes on vacation to Capbreton, and I can say that the pizza at Farina e Pomodoro is really excellent. Walter and Ilaria's pizza is a concept of its own, sliced with a nice thick dough with quality ingredients (a delight for the palate). The managers of Farina and Pomodoro are two professionals, who know how to make a good pizza despite the classic habits of having a round French pizza and often not good.

The pizza SHARES are super good and quality.
On the other hand, the price is way too high.
Unfortunately the quality/price ratio is not at all correct.
