Ferme Auberge Bastebieille Mimbastes Landes sur Mimbaste

I haven't tasted it, but the quality control is definitely top-notch. It's a bit like your uncle raising ducks and making preserves and foie gras... I arrived in the morning right when they opened; there's a charming little shop right on the farm. It doesn't get any better from field to plate (preserves/jars), and they accept card payments.

I came with a group; Thibault was exceptionally kind.

We haven't tasted the products yet, but the contact has been excellent: smooth and friendly. Delivery was fast (one product was broken, and they offered a replacement).
