Fiap sur Paris

Loved my time at the Fiap. It is right by metro line 6. Staff is very kind

This is my second time staying at the Fiap! After having stayed at the Fiap and a standard hotel in Paris, I can say, I would rather stay at the Fiap anytime! The staff at Fiap are so welcoming, considerate, and accommodating of all my needs. The staff make me feel like I belong there, even Batiste recalled meeting me several years ago which made me feel even more special! I tell all my friends to stay there! It is a real diamond in the rough and a true gem to those of us who are not native to Europe.

Loved staying here! Rooms were great, and the breakfast especially was delicious. Also, it’s situated in an extremely convenient location to explore Paris!

I went here on a school trip and it was really great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and a good space for a group of 5. The staff were all very helpful and there was a games room which many in my school enjoyed. It's also close to a metro and in a good area. Would definitely recommend to other large groups.

All over, it is a good hotel. The rooms are small but cozy, they have everything you could need. Yet there were a few things that bothered me, our rooms got barely cleaned and only when we complained at least 3 times.

Great place to stay. Great price. Great location, near two metro stops and the RER B goes straight to the airport. Great staff. Washing machines are small. You'll want a fan as it gets uncomfortable at night since upper level windows don't open a lot. WiFi is not great, but they've got a computer and a printer you can use.

A great welcome as always! In a quiet one-way street, numerous rooms on the garden and terrace side, peace and quiet guaranteed in the heart of Paris. 400m from the metro too! Very nice renovations of the hall and terrace! I hope to have the opportunity to come back soon!

We went as a school for a trip to Paris. Initially we were skeptical as some of the reviews here are awful but upon arrival the staff were okay the food wasn't bad and the rooms were fine overall the experience was good. Just bring hand soap as the rooms do not provide them.

The location and amenities are excellent. Inside, there's a large lounge with gaming options. It's a good breakfast. But there was no body wash, soap, or other necessities in the washroom. It is preferable to reserve this hotel for a group of individuals, although they can also be reserved for two people. I thought that they only have dorm-style beds. Although we reserved a room for two, we were given a private dorm room with four beds. Some of the restroom's components weren't operating correctly, though manageable.

This hotel is very nice. I came to this hotel on a school trip, I loved it. I recommend this hotel, near the metro, well located. From my room, 509, with my friends we saw the light of the Effeil Tower. The exterior is very pleasant. The youth room is quite good but it is often crowded. Overall this hotel is great. Thank you for this stay 😊
