The staff were very kind. I had a problem with the washing machine, but thanks to the staff's proactive response, the issue was resolved successfully. Make sure to bring coins instead of bills for the washing machine! I stayed in a private room. While the layout felt a bit unique for a Korean person, it was comfortable enough for sleeping or resting. The room was quiet and clean. The bathroom and shower room, in particular, were very clean. The power outlets were also close to the bed. The security is good, and the surrounding streets are quiet and safe.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was incredible: the staff was always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and with every detail taken care of, which made my stay even more special. In addition, the facilities are beautiful, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The location is also ideal, as it's close to everything but still offers a tranquil atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. It was an amazing experience.

It's beautiful and child-friendly, but the service and food aren't the best. We had a problem with our room door. The first person at reception didn't leave a note for the technician, but the second one did.

It's very nice, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms and common areas are very clean, and they have activities for young people, as well as a food service and cafeteria.

I'm Brazilian and I stayed at FIAP for 40 days. I really enjoyed the place and the location in general, but the main reason for my very positive review is undoubtedly Baptiste, who works at the FIAP bar. He was always very attentive, kind, and respectful. I ended up spending much more time in the area around the bar precisely because of him. My friends and I often hung out there to chat, have drinks, and enjoy the atmosphere and the piano. Baptiste was also very patient with my French (which still needs improvement), always trying to understand me, and even gave me tips about French and Paris. I would also like to thank the kitchen and breakfast staff, as well as the cleaning staff (especially the Brazilians, like me) who were always very kind. But honestly, a large part of my five-star rating is for Baptiste. It was thanks to him that I spent more time enjoying the bar area and that my experience at FIAP was so pleasant. When I think of FIAP, I will especially remember those moments at the bar and his kindness.

I spent two months at FIAP, and Batista made all the difference. Always so kind and friendly, with incredible conversations. Thank you, Batista, for your affection and your warm welcome to me and my friends from FGV and the Sorbonne. We'll miss you!

Weekend getaway with friends. We discovered our room had no heating, and we especially want to thank Santiago, who quickly and calmly offered us an alternative, just like the first time we met him. Thanks to Santiago, we had a wonderful stay.

From our first visit we had a very good experience, especially with the receptionist Santiago, who was always very friendly and helpful.

It's a very welcoming hotel with modern and fun facilities where you can do lots of different activities with your friends and/or family. The rooms are large and very functional, and the surroundings are both comfortable and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to young people my age who are visiting the city and want to have a great stay with friends.
