Fiap sur Paris

July 20 2026 - Adding one star after the response from FIAT - really appreciate it and all the best with the improvement phase! Your place has a strong potential :) . Brunch review only: go there for the gorgeous outdoor area and the kids' animator, but absolutely not for the food!!! It is cold, average to bad (especially the viennoiserie), no egg station only watery scrambled eggs. Super disappointing for a 25€ /adult and 15€/ kid (any age apparently, even a 2 years old) all you can eat buffet.

It's very nice, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms and common areas are very clean, and they have activities for young people, as well as a food service and cafeteria.

The food is delicious, 11/10 The food is amazing, 11/10 The nutrition is delicious, 11/10

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was incredible: the staff was always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and with every detail taken care of, which made my stay even more special. In addition, the facilities are beautiful, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The location is also ideal, as it's close to everything but still offers a tranquil atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. It was an amazing experience.

It's beautiful and child-friendly, but the service and food aren't the best. We had a problem with our room door. The first person at reception didn't leave a note for the technician, but the second one did.

The staff were very kind. I had a problem with the washing machine, but thanks to the staff's proactive response, the issue was resolved successfully. Make sure to bring coins instead of bills for the washing machine! I stayed in a private room. While the layout felt a bit unique for a Korean person, it was comfortable enough for sleeping or resting. The room was quiet and clean. The bathroom and shower room, in particular, were very clean. The power outlets were also close to the bed. The security is good, and the surrounding streets are quiet and safe.
