A very good restaurant despite its somewhat rustic service; the food is good and the service is quick. There are many original dishes to try.

We returned to this restaurant for lunch after several years away.
At first glance, the ground floor gives a mixed impression, particularly with a carpet that seems saturated with grease and dampness.
However, the first floor appears noticeably cleaner and more pleasant.
We opted to try two noodle soups with shrimp dumplings: the broth is excellent and the noodles are of very high quality.
Despite a less-than-perfect first impression, I recommend this small restaurant for the quality of its dishes.

This small eatery really impressed me. The staff are quick, friendly, and often greet you with a smile.
The roast duck is the highlight, it’s incredibly soft and juicy, unlike other restaurants where the meat gets dry from hanging too long. My personal favorite is the duck noodles with spicy saté sauce. The meat truly melts in your mouth !
I also loved the soft dried tofu with shrimp and the fact that they serve real leaf tea instead of tea bags.
The only downsides are the very cramped restroom and the wooden tables, which feel a bit greasy and seem difficult to deep clean. Overall, a great spot for a meal !

It was a good restaurant 20 or 30 years ago, now it's expensive!
The noodles aren't as good as they used to be, luckily the waitress was nice.

One of my very old favorites on Avenue de Choisy. Shrimp ravioli soup, steamed free-range chicken, fresh ginger sauce, superb Peking duck (if you couldn't get a reservation at SENsation or if the end of the month is slowly approaching). It's been going strong for decades, and that's no accident!
