We were very surprised to encounter a very unpleasant person in the beverage aisle when we asked for information about where to find the 25cl pitchers. The response, delivered in a very rude tone, was that they were on the shelves as usual. Our visit to your store was on September 7th at 12:30 PM.

A good experience at this Flunch on a busy Friday evening. The staff were very friendly and smiling, from the cashier to the two employees at the Burgers and Grill counters. The Tennessee Rosti Burgers were excellent and generous (admittedly, the menus are the same in all Flunch restaurants, but the quality, quantity, and cooking of the dishes vary) and the fries and vegetable buffet was well-stocked and varied.

I was pleasantly surprised by the catering service; it was flawless. Everything was delicious, the quality was excellent, the portions were just right, the delivery service was impeccable, and the driver was friendly. In conclusion, I will definitely use your services again.

I went back to your place last night. Flunch is becoming a rip-off.
The children's menus are advertised as €4.00, but I was charged €5.45. The cashier said it was fine. May this extra €1.45 x 2 (we had two children) keep your business going. It won't make me any poorer, but I don't agree with the principle. We were already at the €10 mark since there were two adults with us, and of course, I had my loyalty card, which I might just throw away. How many people did you rip off last night?

The wait was quite long despite the low turnout for a steak and egg and a rump steak. The presentation of the steak and egg was disappointing, with the egg completely squashed. The other dishes were decent, and the cashiers were pleasant.
