We had paella. It wasn't bad, but the portion was small. A little more rice wouldn't have broken the bank. Also, the checkout line was very long. You could easily fix these issues!

I'm giving it 5 stars because it's deserved. It's good... the service is friendly... however, the "unlimited vegetables" isn't just starches... or maybe we were just unlucky last night... It's also a shame about the waffles and crepes...

A pleasant place. It would be helpful to display the names of the dishes above the menu, indicating which items are available and which are not, and having someone serve dessert would be a good idea. And when that person is there, they shouldn't have to tell us, "No, we're not making crepes, we're short-staffed." It's not the customer's fault for being deprived of them. Refusing to make crepes! That's really disappointing! You've changed the brand of your ice cream, which is now much less good, which is why we prefer the crepes. Sincerely.

As regular customers of this chain with my daughter, who has severe nut allergies, we never hesitate to order from Flunch. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The unlimited side dishes are regularly replenished, and there's very little wait. We highly recommend this restaurant.
