The cashier was very friendly; however, I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy from some of the kitchen staff and the poor cleanliness of the tables near the games area. I arrived with my daughters at 7 pm and several tables hadn't been cleaned from the afternoon's customers.

The food was good, especially the beef. The selection of side dishes was also appreciated. The staff were friendly, both at the till and when collecting hot meals.

Traditional cuisine, one small drawback is that the children's menu is not specified as including dessert, so of course the children help themselves from the display cases, and this causes problems at the till.

We had a great family evening.
The staff was friendly.
And as an added bonus, there was a really nice concert too.
This evening has made me like Flunch again!
Special mention to the manager, Géraldine.
See you soon.

We had a wonderful time.
We rarely go to Flunch, but we decided to try the acoustic concert organized by the restaurant manager.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes as well as a well-stocked appetizer/dessert buffet.
It's obviously no longer competitive compared to its rivals; the prices are too high for a self-service establishment.
Furthermore, don't order an appetizer, otherwise the main course (rotisserie) is already prepared. The badge vibrates, and by the time you finish your plate, the meat is cold: there's no way to keep it warm.
In short, it's not the Flunch of yesteryear!

I've been going there regularly since last year with colleagues, since we work at the shopping center. This Thursday at lunchtime, I was served an XL hamburger broken into three pieces, just like in the photo, because it had apparently broken... Personally, I wouldn't serve that to a customer. They should throw it away and cook another one. My colleagues got cooked ham in chunks with a huge piece of fat. We're done coming here every week; we've had enough of being treated like dogs!
