It's a small country bar with no food service, just tobacco and cigarettes, a small grocery corner for essentials (but very basic), a parcel collection point, scratch cards, a small bar, and a post office. It's handy because there aren't any other shops in the village, just the bakery. The owner is the only one who serves you.
