04/05/2026: We highly recommend Le Salvert restaurant. We celebrated our civil wedding reception there, and everything went perfectly. The restaurant's setting is magnificent, and we were fortunate enough to enjoy the outdoor seating, which made the occasion even more enjoyable. The dishes were absolutely delicious and delighted all of our guests. A huge thank you to the chef and his entire team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and attention to detail!

The restaurant is quiet, the owner is super friendly, smiling, and pleasant. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed a tasty meal! We will be back! February 2026: Excellent experience at Mekong!! We stopped by quickly before going to the cinema after leaving a restaurant where we had a terrible meal (and received a very poor welcome). In contrast, at Mekong, we received a very warm welcome from an incredibly kind person. We were served quickly (we had let them know about our movie), with great friendliness, and the spring rolls were delicious. We will be back very soon for a full meal, with more time to enjoy the really nice atmosphere of this restaurant and the very tempting and varied menu.

The disappointing aspects The technical aspects: The risotto rice was undercooked and still a bit tough. The value for money: The portions are too small. Serving three tiny potatoes is rather frustrating, especially since the cost of the ingredients doesn't justify such a stingy portion. It feels like a "gastronomic" presentation that mainly serves to mask a lack of generosity. The dessert: A major disappointment with the tiramisu. A recipe without mascarpone, accompanied by a small cake and a slice of apple buried under 10 cm of whipped cream for show... it's far from the expected authenticity. Comfort: To top it off, the drop in temperature at the end of the meal made the experience rather uncomfortable. In summary: Given the establishment's excellent ratings, I expected a much higher level of service. There's a clear attempt to emulate fine dining in the presentation, but the culinary technique and the generous portions don't quite live up to it. It's a shame, because the potential is there. The use of a siphon for the tiramisu unfortunately masked the expected textures. Furthermore, I note that you completely ignore the issue of the risotto being overcooked (it was tough) as well as the drop in temperature in the dining room, which nevertheless influenced my opinion.
