My partner and I dined at Fort-Mardi on Saturday, October 4th, and what a wonderful discovery! The waiters were warm, courteous, and full of humor. Despite a lively birthday party upstairs, we were able to enjoy a peaceful and intimate moment together. The dining room is decorated with sobriety and taste, and there's no need for frills when the real treasure is on the plate! From start to finish, everything was delicious. As both vegetarians, we know how difficult it can sometimes be to find good alternatives. Here, we were delighted: the vegetarian starter and main course were succulent! There was only one choice for each, but a careful and perfectly mastered selection is better than a long, flavorless menu. It was, without exaggeration, one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. At the end of the meal, we were kindly offered a tour of the place. Le Fort-Mardi offers several spaces suitable for different types of events, and the owner passionately shares his love of the venue and its gastronomy. My partner and I dined, choosing a starter, main course, dessert, and cocktail. We discovered cuisine that fully lived up to its reputation. The menu particularly impressed us: each dish was carefully presented, a limited but perfectly balanced selection, with equally tempting options—including a vegetarian starter and main course, which we gladly chose. The service moved at a perfectly paced pace, and the staff was as professional as they were pleasant. We also had the chance to enjoy a complete tour of the establishment and discover the many services it offers. A truly wonderful experience—we will definitely return! When I read some of the negative reviews, I find it hard to believe we frequented the same establishment.

Excellent welcome, service, and meals. We felt your passion throughout our stay. We had a great time; everything was homemade, with lots of produce from the garden. Bravo and thank you for coming to settle in Montévrain! We will be back with great pleasure.
